SWISO has provision for transfer of certification,
this service is only applicable to those company who
is having the valid accredited certification for quality/environment
management system as per ISO 9001:2000/ ISO 14001 standard.
Essentially, we need the following from you to begin:

1 A completed application
2 Copies of the original registration report (if available)
3 Copy of your current quality manual
4 Copy of your current registration certificate
5 Copy of your last audit report
6 Copy of the corrective action plan based on the last
audit (if you had any findings)
7 A letter from you to your incumbent registrar notifying
them that their services have been terminated and that
you are transferring your registration to SWISO.
Transfer Process
Pre-transfer reviewed is carried out by SWISO for evaluation
of existing status of QMS/EMS as per ISO 9001:2000/ISO
14001 standard of prospective clients and applied scope
of certification is under our accredited certification
services.
If the pre-transfer review is found to satisfactory
then the client's QMS/EMS document is reviewed by SWISO's
assessor and comments on the documents is send to clients
for taking the corrective action. Upon successful onsite
assessment, the client is awarded by ISO 9001:2000/
ISO 14001 certification under case of transfer of certification.
