Services >> Transfer Your Registration to SWISSCERT

SWISSCERT has provision for transfer of certification. This service is extended to any company who is having a valid accredited certification for quality/environment management system as per ISO 9001:20008/ ISO 14001:2004 standard. To begin with we need the following documents  / information from the company

1 A completed quotation request form (SWISSCERT Format available on web pages www.swisscert.co.in)

2 Copy of your current ISO certificate

3 Copy of your current quality manual

4 Copy of your last audit report

5 Reason for transfer

6 A letter from you to your incumbent Certification body notifying them that their services have been terminated and that you are transferring your registration to SWISSCERT.

Transfer Process
For any organization accepted for transfer, SWISSCERT shall conduct a pre-transfer review of the organization at site to confirm compliance to the basic requirements for transfer. On completion of the pre-transfer review SWISSCERT shall communicate to the organization the future course of action to be completed.
